WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW NORDIC WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER
Would you like to take on a key role in strengthening and developing our Nordic warehouse and logistics operations? We are now looking for a Nordic Warehouse & Logistics Manager for a permanent position.
About the Role
As Nordic Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will have overall responsibility for warehouse and logistics operations across all Nordic countries. The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on operational follow‑up, and is central to ensuring efficient, secure, cost-effective and sustainable flow of goods from supplier to end customer.
You will work closely with colleagues across purchasing, sales, packing partners and ESG functions, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems and routines across the Nordic organization.
The role is a Nordic group position, with primary work location in Norway, and responsibility across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland. Some travel can be expected.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management:
- Overall responsibility for inbound and outbound warehouse operations across the Nordic countries
- Optimize inventory levels to balance availability, cost efficiency and shrinkage
- Develop and implement standardized Nordic warehouse procedures
- Ensure correct use of warehouse management systems and accurate reporting
Logistics & Transportation:
- Coordinate transportation and distribution across countries
- Follow up logistics and transport partners and contribute to negotiations where relevant
- Ensure cost-efficient and sustainable transport solutions
- Handle operational challenges such as delays, capacity constraints and delivery deviations
- Ensure effective coordination of customs and VAT-related logistics processes
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, packing partners and ESG teams
- Contribute to planning of seasonal peaks and campaigns
- Coordinate implementation of new products and processes across countries
Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Sustainability:
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to KPI monitoring, reporting and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal guidelines, including HSE and sustainability requirements
- Contribute to sustainable initiatives related to packaging, transport and warehouse operations
Who we are looking for:
- Experience within warehouse, logistics, supply chain or related operational roles
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and countries
- Structured, solution-oriented and improvement driven
- Comfortable working in a Nordic, cross-border setup
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
